Check-in and check-out times: Resort will have check-in and check-out times that guests are expected to adhere to. You can check-in anytime but checkout will be before 11:00 am.
Payment and cancellation policies:
Guests must pay 50% of the room rate to make the reservation.
A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation, and the remaining balance will be charged at check-in or check-out, depending on the resort’s policy.
The resort accepts g-pay, phone-pe and other UPI methods as well.
If a guest needs to cancel or modify their reservation for free, they must do so within the timeframe, 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
The resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason, in which case the guest will not receive refund.
Room occupancy limits: Resorts will usually specify the maximum number of guests allowed in a room or suite. Additional fees may apply if the number of occupants exceeds the limit.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed in any of our guest rooms, public areas, or on the balconies but do not damage the property.
Property damage and liability:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort’s property or its contents during their stay. This includes damages caused by the guest or any visitors they may have had in their room.
If a guest causes damage to the room or any of the resort’s property, the guest will be charged the cost of the repairs or replacement.
Any damages discovered after the guest has checked out will be reported to the guest and it will be chargeable.
The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the guest’s stay, and guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe to store valuables.
Use of amenities and facilities: Resorts will typically provide a list of available amenities and facilities, along with any rules or restrictions for their use. This may include things like pools, spas, fitness centers, restaurants, and more.
Code of conduct: Guests are expected to adhere to certain standards of behavior while staying at the resort, and may be asked to leave if they violate any rules or cause a disturbance.
Resort activities and events: Resorts may offer a variety of activities and events for guests to participate in during their stay. These may include things like tours, classes, parties, and more. Guests may be required to sign waivers or release forms for certain activities.
Transportation and parking: Resorts may offer transportation to and from the airport or other locations, as well as parking options for guests who have their own vehicles.
